Charlotte Bankruptcy Member and Team Leader Zach Smith, and Bankruptcy Member Alan Pope, have been invited by Duke Law to teach “Structuring and Regulating Financial Transactions” during Duke Law’s spring 2018 semester. Charlotte Bankruptcy Associate Gabe Mathless will be serving as a teaching assistant for the course. Smith will also be teaching “Advising a Distressed Enterprise and Its Stakeholders” during Duke Law’s Wintersession.
