Moore & Van Allen (MVA) has again been ranked as a top legal adviser on syndicated loans. The firm's Finance team ranked in the top tier of Refinitiv Loan Pricing Corporation’s (LPC) 2021 U.S. Law Firm League Tables for representing Lead Arrangers on syndicated loan transactions. Through all of 2021, MVA advised on 195 syndicated loan transactions, which generated over $123 billion in aggregate gross proceeds and earned the firm a second place position on the league table for all syndicated loans based on number of deals. As further evidence of MVA's ongoing distinction in the secured/leveraged lending market, MVA advised on 87 syndicated leveraged loan transactions, which generated more than $35 billion in aggregate gross proceeds.

The firm's Finance team ranked second by number of deals in the 2020 Refinitiv Loan Pricing Corporation (LPC) U.S. Law Firm League Tables for representing Lead Arrangers on syndicated loan transactions. In 2020, MVA advised on 168 syndicated loan transactions, which generated approximately $67 billion in aggregate gross loan proceeds. As further evidence of MVA's ongoing distinction in the secured/leveraged lending market, MVA advised on 97 syndicated leveraged loan transactions, which generated approximately $30 billion in aggregate gross loan proceeds.

MVA’s Finance team ranked third again in 2017 in Thomson Reuters Loan Pricing Corporation’s (LPC) U.S. Lender Law Firm League Tables for syndicated debt financings. Also finishing in the top 3 in the League Tables in 2016, MVA closed 186 deals in 2017 in which it represented lead arrangers and book runners in syndicated debt transactions.
