MVA Member Ryan Smith served as a guest lecturer at the UNC Chapel Hill School of Law. The class, Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation, is taught by MVA Senior Counsel Beth Grimes. His lecture was titled, “Ownership and Employment Considerations in an Entity Level Transaction.”
