MVA Again Ranked at the top in the LSEG / LPC Law Firm League Tables for 2023 Syndicated Loans
Moore & Van Allen (MVA) has again been ranked as a top legal adviser on syndicated loans. The firm's Finance team ranked in the top tier of the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) / Loan Pricing Corporation (LPC) 2023 U.S. Law Firm League Tables for representing Lead Arrangers on syndicated loan transactions. Through all of 2023, MVA advised on 127 syndicated loan transactions, which generated over $79 billion in aggregate gross proceeds and earned the firm a second place position on the league table for all syndicated loans based on number of deals. As further evidence of MVA's ongoing distinction in the secured/leveraged lending market, MVA advised on 75 syndicated leveraged loan transactions, which generated more than $30 billion in aggregate gross proceeds.
