Overview

Our Syndicated Lending group of over 100 attorneys, possesses a scope and breadth of market knowledge that we bring to bear on transactions large and small. We are consistently recognized across the country for our deep and extensive deal experience. For example, the firm's Financial Services group ranked top by number of deals in the 2024 The London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) / Loan Pricing Corporation (LPC) U.S. Law Firm League Tables for representing Lead Arrangers on syndicated loan transactions. In 2024, we advised on 155 syndicated loan transactions, which generated over $95 billion in aggregate gross loan proceeds. In addition, we advised on 77 syndicated leveraged loan transactions, which generated more than $35 billion in aggregate gross loan proceeds. [1]
