Kaitlin Powers and Kevin Siebs Received MVA Quarterly Pro Bono Hero Award
Moore & Van Allen (MVA) is proud to announce that Financial Services Member Kaitlin Powers and Health Care Associate Kevin Siebs have both been honored with MVA’s Quarterly Pro Bono Hero Award for their outstanding contributions to the CLIMB organization.

As one of the original founders of CLIMB, Kaitlin Powers has played a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining the organization. She currently serves as an active and dedicated member of the Board of Directors, contributing to the Executive, Governance, and Nomination Committees.
Kaitlin has been integral to CLIMB’s success from its inception, dedicating countless hours to building and growing the organization from the ground up. She continues to provide invaluable support to the Board and staff, including the Executive Director, offering guidance on everything from operational decisions to strategic subject-matter expertise. Her commitment and leadership have been critical to CLIMB’s ongoing success and impact.
Kevin Siebs
Since joining CLIMB as a volunteer in 2022, Kevin Siebs has made a remarkable impact through his dedication and expertise. His work with client Julie Onekanda Alvarado was recently highlighted at a Moore & Van Allen event, where both Kevin and Julie shared their experiences working together. Kevin’s legal guidance in crafting a customer contract has been instrumental in helping Julie’s construction business grow and thrive.
Julie praised Kevin for his attention to detail, thorough communication, and proactive approach, including seeking insights from colleagues with specialized expertise when needed. Kevin continues to support Julie, now assisting with a corporate entity matter. His enthusiasm, passion, and thoughtful approach make him an invaluable CLIMB volunteer and a trusted advisor to clients.
