Firm Receives 2014 Diversity Leader Award

Profiles in Diversity Journal has named Moore & Van Allen a recipient of the 2014 Diversity Leader Award.  The Firm was recognized in the publication’s 2013 November/December issue, in the feature "What's Next."  The profile highlights the impact and future of MVA's Diversity Strategic Plan.

Profiles in Diversity Journal annually bestows the Diversity Leader Award to organizations that put their commitment to diversity and inclusion into action in every aspect of their business and in every relationship with employees, customers, partners and the community.

“Sharing experiences and successes is the basis for knowledge transfer and growth. Our audience, from CEOs to college students, then takes that information and leverages it to make critical corporate and life decisions! The information you share fuels progress of the industry and promotes your organization as a leader in the D&I space,” wrote Profiles Managing Editor James Gorman.

Congratulations to MVA’s Diversity Committee, including Committee Leaders Amy Johnson and Valecia McDowell, and Manager of Diversity & Community Initiatives Stephanie Gryder, for leading the efforts that earned the Firm this honor!
