With a background in criminal justice, a passion for the investigative and analytical processes, and a highly structured work ethic, Alyssa ensures that document examination and contract reviews are thorough and accurate.
She has assisted with a diverse array of commercial real estate client needs including on transactions that incorporate other areas of law such as finance, environmental, and estate planning. Alyssa appreciates the intricacies involved in the variety of client matters she handles and advocates for each client.
Alyssa has also worked closely with our Human Trafficking Prevention & Compliance team successfully assisting in clients receiving restitution awards exceeding $1.8 million in less than 2 years. Her skills in database management, asset investigation, and communication have allowed Alyssa to serve deserving clients in more than 800 federal cases in conjunction with partners such as the FBI, Homeland Security, and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
