Overview
As part of the firm’s Intellectual Property group, Alexa assists clients with commercial and technology transactions, privacy and data security matters, and technology and intellectual property diligence.
Alexa brings her experience as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Frank D. Whitney in the Western District of North Carolina to guide her clients through both transactional and litigation matters. Before practicing law, Alexa gained work experience in supply chain management and business.
Alexa studied business and economics in undergrad and graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law.
Alexa was also an NCAA Division 1 collegiate golfer at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
