Annie Morgan

Annie is an associate on Moore & Van Allen’s Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring group. She represents banks, financial institutions, and corporate entities in restructuring and corporate bankruptcy matters. Annie also has experience in representing financial institutions in connection with the negotiation and preparation of intercreditor and subordination agreements.

Annie earned her B.A. from Wake Forest University, her M.S. in Management from Wake Forest University School of Business, and her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
