Overview
Cara Musciano brings her experience across practice areas to the corporate, commercial real estate, and health care teams. She advises a wide range of business and individual clients on various matters including governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general business and contractual matters. Her commercial real estate experience is focused on acquisitions, development, financings, and leases of retail, office, and residential complexes. In the health care area, Cara represents hospitals and physicians on a range of corporate and employment matters including physician employment agreements, amendments, and leases for a regional health care provider. Cara also has experience on a wide range of federal and state court disputes.
Before joining the firm, Cara worked as a paralegal at a boutique law firm and received her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. At Georgia, she was a published member of Georgia Law Review, served on the executive committee of several student organizations, assisted clients as a student attorney, interned for the Honorable Richard W. Story of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and was involved as a student leader in her position as the chief research assistant to Dean & Talmadge Chair of Law Peter B. “Bo” Rutledge.
