Overview
Cara Musciano brings her experience to the corporate and commercial real estate teams. She advises a wide range of business and individual clients on various matters including governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general business and contractual matters. Her commercial real estate experience focuses on acquisitions, development, and leases of commercial properties. Cara also provides counsel regarding employment contracts, employee termination, and other employment-related matters.
Before joining the firm, Cara worked as a paralegal at a boutique law firm and received her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. At Georgia, she was a published member of Georgia Law Review, interned for the Honorable Richard W. Story of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and was involved as a student leader as the chief research assistant to Dean & Talmadge Chair of Law Peter B. “Bo” Rutledge.
