Chandler advises investors, lenders, developers, and individuals on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. His practice encompasses drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, contracts, and closing documents for multi-parcel retail developments, multifamily projects, and single-lot developments. He also counsels clients on acquisitions, subdivisions, entitlement processes, covenant establishment, and drafting sale contracts for end users.

Chandler has experience with transactions involving triple-net ground leases and grocery-anchored shopping centers. This includes negotiating leases, representing developers in the sale of pad sites, shopping centers, and ground lease properties. Additionally, he is skilled in reviewing title work and survey matters, as well as preparing loan documents for financial institutions and borrowers in connection with construction loans, revolving lines of credit, and term loans.
