Clara represents clients in transactional and litigation matters involving intellectual property, utilizing her experience in both disciplines to best support client business needs.

Overview

As an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property group, Clara assists clients with a wide variety of issues including patent-related lawsuits, breach of contract and trade secret misappropriation, commercial and technology transactions, and guidance on the use of artificial intelligence. Additionally, she represents clients with respect to privacy and data security.  

Clara received her law degree from William & Mary Law School, where she served as the Executive Editor of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal and as President of the William & Mary chapter of the American Constitution Society. Prior to law school, Clara graduated from Wake Forest University with a bachelor’s in chemistry and minors in political science and Latin American studies.
