Overview

As a licensed patent attorney, Gabby regularly assists clients with a variety of matters including patent prosecution, litigation, and preparation of noninfringement and invalidity opinions.

Gabby obtained a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University, where she majored in Biomedical Engineering and Communication of Science and Technology. She later graduated from Duke Law, where she served as Research Editor of the Duke Law Journal. During law school, Gabby worked as a legal extern for the Duke Office of Translation and Commercialization, where she gained experience in the field of university technology transfer. Prior to law school, Gabby worked at Moore and Van Allen as a patent agent, assisting clients with a variety of patent prosecution matters.
