Hugh M. Ebb

Hugh M. Ebb is an associate in Moore & Van Allen's Financial Services group. He represents banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including single-lender and syndicated credit facilities across a broad range of industries including sports finance, energy, aerospace and defense, agriculture, consumer retail, technology, transportation and healthcare.

Prior to joining the firm, Hugh was an associate at an international law firm where he represented private equity firms and private companies in a variety of acquisition and sale transactions.

• Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with multiple senior credit facilities for various professional sports teams and organizations in the United States
• Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a $2.5 billion revolving senior credit facility to a North American based agriculture company with global production, supply, transportation and storage operations
• Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $1.9 billion in senior credit facilities to a consumer retail company that serves customers throughout the United States
• Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a $1.075 billion revolving senior credit facility to a transportation and logistics company that provides services throughout the United States
• Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $950 million in senior credit facilities to a pulp and paper manufacturer operating in North America
• Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $750 million in senior credit facilities to an aerospace and defense company operating in North America
• Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a $625 million revolving senior credit facility to a utility company that provides services throughout the western United States
• Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a $125 million revolving senior credit facility to a physician network and health care provision company
