  • Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a $700 million revolving senior credit facility to a global manufacturing company specializing in circuit protection, power control and sensing technologies
  • Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a $400 million revolving senior credit facility to a raw material processing and handling company that serves the steel, coal and power industries
  • Represented left lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $160 million in senior credit facilities to a private equity sponsor to be used, in part, to finance the acquisition of a distribution company that provides wires, cables and electrical products and services to wholesalers throughout the United States
  • Represented investment firm and related funds in connection with $45.5 million in subordinated term loan credit facilities to a government solutions company that provides defense, intelligence and deployed support. The proceeds of the credit facilities were used, in part, to finance several acquisitions
  • Represented investment firm and related funds in connection with just under $23 million in subordinated term loan credit facilities to an information technology services company that offers information technology planning, operation and maintenance services, as well as cyber security and software development. The proceeds of the credit facilities were used, in part, to pay the cost and fees associated with an acquisition
  • Represented investment firm and related funds with just over $36 million in subordinated term loan credit facilities to an election technologies company. The proceeds of the credit facilities were used, in part, to pay the costs and fees associated with an acquisition
  • Represented lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a $38 million term loan credit facility to an investment management firm that manages global water investments
  • Represented lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with cross-border senior credit facilities in the amount of US$ 345 and CND$ 123.5 million to a manufacturing company specializing in tissue products for home, commercial and industrial use. The proceeds of the credit facilities were used, in part, to finance the construction of manufacturing facilities in Canada
  • Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with $42 million in senior credit facilities to a California winery. The proceeds of the credit facilities were used, in part, to finance the expansion of the company’s vineyard
