Overview
Kaity guides clients from a range of industries through strategic intellectual property acquisitions, asset licensing, and other commercial and technology transactional matters. With degrees in biomedical and health sciences engineering and law, she brings an understanding of the challenges clients face navigating a complex legal framework and the technical experience to reach desired outcomes. Kaity routinely collaborates with clients in the preparation of license agreements and intellectual property purchase agreements. She also performs due diligence and other investigations, and formulates strategies to mitigate potential risks throughout transactions.
Kaity also has notable experience advising on sports marketing, sponsorship, advertising, and media agreements. She regularly assists clients with navigating the intricacies of brand partnerships and promotional agreements, with a goal of maximizing clients’ brand visibility while protecting their intellectual property rights.
