Kyle Tatich practices within a broad range of finance-related areas, focusing on the representation of institutional investors, hedge funds, business development companies, small business investment companies (SBICs), private equity groups and sponsors, in their investment, buy-out, and finance transactions.

Overview

As an associate of the Investment Team, Kyle’s practice is primarily focused on finance-related transactions, specifically within the areas of private equity, mezzanine finance and venture capital. Kyle’s practice also includes the representation of equity investors in connection with buy-out, co-investment and other mergers and acquisitions-related transactions.

Kyle earned his B.A. in Economics with Politics & International Affairs from Wake Forest University and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. Prior to law school, Kyle spent a year as a University Fellow, working on various contractual matters in the Wake Forest Athletics Department with a primary focus on coaches’ contracts and guarantee-game contracts. As a visiting student at Notre Dame Law School in 2021, Kyle continued his work in collegiate athletics as a legal extern with Notre Dame Athletics and as a volunteer assistant coach of the Notre Dame Varsity Swimming Team.
