Overview
Mac has experience across a wide array of financing transactions, including investment grade, leveraged, recapitalization and acquisition financings, and across a broad range of industries, including technology/telecom, restaurant finance, financial institutions, retail and consumer goods, and business services. His experience also includes both unsecured and secured transactions and, when secured, involve many types of collateral, from business assets, real property to franchise rights. Mac works closely with clients negotiating intercreditor and subordination arrangements among different creditors within a borrower’s capital structure.
Representative Experience
- Represented lead arranger and administrative agent in $350 million multi-currency revolver to public company borrower to provide additional liquidity upon the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic
- Represented lead arranger and administrative agent in $58 million financing of private equity group acquisition of multi-unit quick service restaurant franchisee
- Represented lead arranger and administrative agent in $205million financing of fitness center franchisee
- Represented lead arranger and administrative agent in $80 financing of private equity group acquisition of regional broadband internet, long distance telephone and cable TV service company
- Represented public company borrower in $500 million single-lender letter of credit facility
