Overview
Bringing her experience with strategic communications and engagement efforts, Nancy leads the firm’s Marketing Department working with practice groups, attorneys, and professionals to develop and implement effective marketing initiatives.
Nancy also counsels clients, both externally and internally, on political activity, campaign finance matters and government ethics. She advises on permissible activities for executives, organizations, and political action committees under federal, state and local laws, and on proper lobbying registration and reporting requirements, and government ethics compliance.
