Rebecca Alba represents clients facing intellectual property litigation in federal courts and in administrative proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Overview

Rebecca is an associate in Moore & Van Allen’s Intellectual Property group. She focuses her practice on litigation involving patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. Rebecca has also assisted clients in disputes related to contracts and domain names. Rebecca represents clients in a variety of industries before federal courts and in administrative proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Rebecca leverages her skills in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit matters to trial and appeal.

Rebecca earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School, where she served as the Articles Editor for the Tulane Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property and as head coach for the International Criminal Court Moot Court team. She gained practical experience working for a federal agency and as a student attorney in the Civil Rights & Federal Practice Clinic.

Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca practiced patent litigation in the New York office of a national law firm.
