Overview

Leveraging his doctoral degree in physics and decade in higher education and research, Vincent provides technical experience on complex client matters, particularly ones regarding advanced technologies. He obtains patent rights and assists with opinions regarding patentability, freedom-to-operate, and non-infringement.  

His research specialized in both experimental and theoretical condensed matter physics with his doctoral research focusing on modeling and simulating thin film and emerging memory devices. This experience as a physicist equips him with valuable knowledge to assist clients with obtaining protection for their new, innovative, and emerging technologies. Vincent is currently studying to become a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office registered patent agent.
