The Noble House Home Furnishings acquisition, completed in November 2023, was valued at approximately $85 million. The deal affords GigaCloud assets such as inventory, warehouse leases, websites and domain names, trademarks, tradenames, patents, customer contracts, sales channels, and more. It also provides GigaCloud with more geographical diversity within its supply chain and enhancing fulfillment and logistics capabilities.
