Moore & Van Allen PLLC (MVA) represented Novare Capital Management, LLC, an independent wealth management firm headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina with $1.8 billion in assets under management, with respect to a minority investment by Emigrant Partners (EP), a leading minority investor in the wealth and asset management industry. The investment is designed to provide Novare with capital and strategic advice to accelerate the firm's growth and empower leadership to execute on its long-term vision.
