Alexis V. Baldwin

Alexis Baldwin is an associate on Moore & Van Allen’s Financial Services group. She represents financial institutions, including commercial banks and Farm Credit System banks and associations, in connection with structuring and documenting secured and unsecured lending transactions, including single-lender and syndicated credit facilities.

Alexis’s experience in complex financing transactions spans various industries, including agriculture, business services, entertainment and sports finance, and retail and consumer goods.

Prior to joining the firm, Alexis attended Howard University School of Law, where she served as President of the Howard Business Law Society and as a Student Attorney in the Child Welfare and Family Justice Clinic. There, she represented families navigating DC Child and Family Services Agency proceedings in the DC Superior Court.
