Liza Branyon

Liza represents institutional and private lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross border financing transactions, including bilateral and syndicated credit facilities.

Prior to joining the firm, Liza worked in the Fund Finance group of a global law firm representing banking institutions as agents and lenders on subscription credit and capital call facilities for private equity and other investment funds.
